“Thus Spoke Zarathustra. A Book for All and None” is a philosophical novel-tract by Friedrich Nietzsche, written in 1883-1885, whose content revolves around the ideas of eternal recurrence, the “death of God,” and the prophecy of the overman. The main character is Nietzsche’s reimagined prophet of Zoroastrianism, Zarathustra, who returns with a message to humanity after a long solitude in the mountains. “The Will to Power” is the philosopher’s final work, a passionate defense of man, a protest against all forms of spiritual bondage, especially religious.
This is one of the few books that can be reread many times and even broken down into quotations; it influenced many famous philosophers and writers of the 20th century and remains relevant to this day.
